Learner sign-in and starting training

Before you begin

• Use the learner entry point shared by your organization.
• Make sure you are moving to the learner view, not the admin view.
• Check the technical requirements if you are using a new device or browser.
• Start the course in a situation where you can focus without interruptions.

Steps

1. Open the start view and choose the learner entry point.
2. Continue to learner sign-in.
3. Continue in the secure sign-in service with your organization credentials.
4. Wait until you return to the learner home.
5. Review the instructions and frequently asked questions before moving forward.
6. Choose Start the course.
7. Follow the on-screen guidance step by step.
