Device-specific
Quick troubleshooting Controls not visible The exercise phase may hide controls temporarily. Return to the active training view and check the status again.
Camera does not respond Make sure you are using the correct joystick for camera and not the left one for movement.
Action button missing The button may only belong to a specific situation, point, or phase of the exercise.
Is training slower on mobile? Cyravo automatically reduces graphics on mobile to keep training smoother. Close other heavy apps in the background if the view responds slowly.
Other devices Desktop shows keyboard, mouse, and point-and-move. The VR page shows the current preparation status with no ready feature promise. The main Controls page serves as device selection.
